Any user opinions on these I’m looking at a twin axle second hand one.
Do skittish cattle try to jump out?
Are they ok for moving cattle up the road far?
The wheel arches look like they could pose a problem with cattle pushing around?
Thanks in advance.

They are good trailers. Has the one you’re looking at got a sheet? My one did, then it got ripped of in a storm and I’ve never replaced it. Since it came off, I found the cattle load better. I’m not sure if it’s legal or not to have a roof, but I can get to my away ground by going cross country down our estates tracks.
Check the hydraulics and it going up and down- mine wouldn’t go down one side for ages, it took a while to get it going. Once I t had weight on it, it was fine. The previous owners used to load off a ramp and never let it down.
Wheel arches are not a problem, but can be if there obviously too many cattle in. I do get the occasional one stand on a wheel arch with its front legs and look out of the top.

@pear
Thanks, I will check the hydraulics.
No this one hasn’t got a sheet. Is yours a 64? How many cows would you say it could carry?

Yes, mine is a V64.
Cattle capacity: I’d get 10/11depending how they load and my cows aren’t big. I go 3-4 in the front, then hope to get 6/7in the back, but if they turn side ways then less. That’s where the wheel arches get in the way. The older cows know the drill and line up. But I’m usually hauling cows and calves together, so calves up the front and then their dams in the back. That’s at turnout. End of the season, I just get them in mixed up.
I’m moving heifers next week and get 12 in easily.
Also, I load with one door open, they tend not to want to come back out then!
