Ok thanks, what sort of time from ordering to fitting has there been? I don’t want to be without a door after harvest that’s all I’m thinking.

Not got them fitted yet as we only confirmed the order on Tuesday as we changed 1 door from a single phase tube motor to 3phase geared.so they wanted to come out and check the clearance before ordering as the doors are side by side.but they said 3weeks so will see when they arrive.

Just dragging this one back up. Got a quote from Emmerson, Middas and Auto roll. of the 3 quotes, 2 are very similarly priced, the other is 40% cheaper....

the farmer in me is running for the cheap quote but the old wise owl in me is very concerned at such a disparity!

Spec looks the same, anyone care to comment on the BSEN numbers from these two extracts?!

• Heavy Duty inverted ‘T’ section bottom rail
• 3 Phase Motor Kit – Country of Origin Germany

The BSEN no. in the first spec is surely just about the galvanising spec?

The second one is relates to industrial doors.
