I'm looking for a roller shutter door to ft in a 15' bay of a shed being erected (15' to eaves). Needs to be quite HD to stand a bit of wind.

Electric preferred, but beggars can't be choosers.

Any suggestions as to where I might find one?

What @chaffcutter just said, the big wide ones can and do bend! Wider panels are not necessarily better, but the more you pay the more you tend to get.

We have been pricing a few different types up for a workshop here, it hasn't been a pleasant experience.

On a windy site might two half sliding doors or one be a cheaper safer option, we were going to have the same on the workshop but went with sliding doors & haven't regretted it yet, far easier to get in & out of without opening the whole thing.

On a windy day a standard roller with wind locks would be very noisy due to the rattle. If I put a shed up again I would look at insulated only. Wind locks would be essential for you. Electric is so much easier unless you’re looking to have a work out. Don’t forget to have a rubber bumper on the bottom to help prevent water being blown under by the wind.
