Planning Building a small workshop 13mx7m on a budget,
Im building It timber framed ,

The roof i was going to use insulated tin but looking for cheaper options,
i dont need an insulated roof,i Will insulate at later date.
Any body have any ideas ,i have corrugated tin on current workshop and had build a false celling for condensation Issues,

Any ideas welcomed.
