Do you no if there was any guarantee with them? It seems to be slates around the 90p to 100p have a 50yr guarantee, from 100p to 120p usually have 100yr guarantee. So either slate should see me out!We replaced our roof with Spanish blue greys from jewsons about 4 years ago , 86p each , haven't had one brake yet , but maybe more to do with the chap who put them on , we also used slate hooks and as were in a windy location , not one has moved yet absaloutley brilliant things in my mind

Were they Spanish @del_boy ?I got mine from "independent slate supplies" eventually. They came out with some samples of different grades and shades and we picked the one we liked. I think i paid 99p a slate eventually
