Rough looking barley

Could it be wind damage? As the only leaves that look affected are older leaves that may have been bashed about by that hurricane/storm a few weeks back. New growth looks fine. Soft lush growth can almost get desiccated by very strong winds, get de-waxed and then bruised by the soil. Some of our OSR had what appeared to be spray damage, yet had not been sprayed, some softer large cotyledons crisped up completely, all recovered now.

I bet it looks fine from a distance
Yes I agree from the tractor it looks very well and I'm eased with it. I'm not particularly worried about the disease just though I'd share my findings to put @flat10 mind at rest.

What's in your tonic? I was spraying pdm, dff, lamdba and mn I never normally put extras like cn,cu,mg on till the spring.

Nor do I but since its looking rough and its only 10ha of low seedrate hyvido I have been persuaded to use one of these amino acid concoctions...........:cautious:
