All I can see wrong is the Tyne bar at 12 o clock needs to be vertical, take the half inserted roll pin out and reset like the others.or just needs to be pulled back ?

Can you help me with a picture how is supposed to look like?

They will only fit in the cam track one way and make sense, ie as the tines pass 12 o clock they need to withdraw into the reel and re appear at around 4-6 o clock
