Twin dispenser wastes a bit of wrap and a McHale 991 with a single dispenser will easily keep up with 1 baler. I used to wrap behind a pair of JD 578s with a McHale 991B, wasn't anything fancy on that wrapper, a basic counter and 4 spools with a mountain of pipes in the cab with you
Interesting to know, never seen one working in the field.. Few 991 local for sale so will have a look at them..

First baler i worked was a new holland 841 chain and slat could not half eat straw but was twine tie was interesting to say the least when baling short silage if u ran it at 540 or more revs in pto it turned the bales oval first time it happened nearly shat masel engine revs rose and fell about 500 revs at each rotation

Had a KV with electronic control before the dowdswell,it kind of put me off wrapper electrics..(y)
They're a generic RDS box, only seen ones that have been abused go wrong. Trust me, on a big day you'll be glad of electric controls on a 991, plus if you do static wrapping at all you can retro fit the radio remote control kit. But if you're wrapping in the field mostly then don't bother with a turntable wrapper, get a twin satellite like a hs2000 or a Goweil, bloke I did a lot for had 2 991e's and a Goweil twin sat, the Goweil was the weapon of choice, and believe me, it was a feck of a weapon in the best kind of way.

That was the beauty of cables instead of electrics on a 991, you could spin the table really slow if you got a bad shaped bale, or were on a bank without it flying off.(y)
Like you say a hs2000 is the daddy of bale wrappers, 100 bales/hour should be achievable.

Hs2000 would be my first choice,but as I only do 6000 a year,i don't think I can justify it..plus I'm never on wrapper;)
