Is rover 500 ok for a t2 fungicide on spring barley?

CTL is good for Rumilaria in barley did ctl and zypher here on s barley T2 spray door now shut on it .

I’ll be using up some Rover 500 on my spring barley, says no problem on GLGM so must be on the label.
