Rpa overpayment

Anybody else had emails lately wanting money back from rpa, had one last week wanting money back from the 2016 payment.
It is in relation to the young farmer element of the payment. Queried it and had an email back saying didn’t qualify for that year asked if they didn’t have information that was needed to qualify that I could provide now, I haven’t had a response to that question.
Seems completely unfair to flag up something like this so far down the line without explanation, it’s not an insignificant amount either.

What was the email address ? have you checked your rpa account

no not a scam rang the rpa line and spoke to someone initially after the first email and was told to query it via email for more details and that is all the detail I was provided that it relates to young farmer element of the payment?

Seems ridiculous to me, I’m going to question it more as to why I didn’t qualify and why it’s only being brought up now
