Do you know, I spoke to two of the most helpful RPA staff yesterday, first in queue for both calls. First lady was able to set up an account quickly to enable me to complete a lost paper form. Second a chap, working from home, who spent 40 mins on phone helping sort a query on said account.
There are some good people when you get through to them, and thanks are due.
