Has anyone ever had the following problem:
I submitted 2017s young farmer certificate for 2019 application, that's all ok but I did not submit a letter stating nothing had changed within the business! < my error but I didn't know I had to, never have had to before.
Has anyone else done this? and convinced them to still pay out?
young farmer payment has been a complete waste of time and effort so far for me, I would have been better off just buying entitlements and standing alone.
attached is the guidance problem is I just read example 1, it doesn't mention "only if you send a letter stating nothing has changed!"
I think its very misleading, I know I could have read further down but you think that example sums your situation up so you do as it states!
its going to make a massive impact on my business, I took on 50 odd acres extra and the normal payment was basically worked into my rent so I hadn't budgeted for not getting it!
