RPW Online

I have had a letter from WG about rpw online. The first thing to annoy me about it is the requirement to re register as an organisation if you are already registered on the Govt Gateway as an individual. I presume that means I will have 2 gateways, and you know how easily gates can be left open!!
However, anyone already ventured into the labyrinth? One quasi govt official recommended me to stay away as long as possible as it is, in his words, 'not user friendly'. I probably will as I am not an early adopter with anything, and especially not electronic gubbins.
What are other Welsh farmers views on the system?

I have been on the trial users for about 12 months now.

No, it is the same gov't gateway as we use for BCMS, put the same user id and password in and you should be ok.

I have found it quite useful with correspondence back and forth to Divisional office with prompt replies and action. I have not yet had a look at the SAF form which is on there.

With other things, you see them on there long before they come through the post, I have once had to phone the help line who were very helpful and rang back in 10 minutes to see if it was working correctly as well.

Stick with it I would suggest since it is the way to go

I got the letter, as I presume everyone else has, but haven't got any further than that.

I did ours online last night, seemed easy enough but nothing has changed on ours from last year
there was a space to put field names on the field data which seemed useful as well
had a confirmation message with all the details of our claim early this morning

I didn't!

I did mine last week. first one took over 4 hours mostly spent trying to get the blooming forms to come up on the computer, type username and password,enter, choose service I want, click that, then enter username and password again...and again...AND AGAIN!! Dad did the paper forms in an hour and was laughing at me swearing at the computer.
I thought I must have been doing something wrong but couldn't see what. When I went to do the other farm the next day it came up straight away and was finished in half an hour. So hit and miss I would say
