RSI from cleaning teats?

Milked cows for 25 years, lately ive been getting a cramp like pain in my hand when cleaning teats and my knuckles ache by the end of each milking. Its only in my right hand and I'm physically fit otherwise.

It may sound pathetic but just wandered if anyone else suffers from it.

I've tennis elbows. And it's not from playing tennis unfortunately!

A lot of people milking lots of cows in big parlours will swap hands on each side. Its quicker and easier to cup cows too. It might be worth trying if you are currently only using one hand to do everything.

I was going to say no, but when I stop and think about it, I've had quite a few mishaps.. could well be related to one of those a+e visits.
