I received the attached reply to the e petition that was signed by over 10 thousand people in an email this morning.

There is going to be whitewash investigation of the RSPCAs prosecution policy by a suitably unqualified person who will give the government the answer that they want depending upon what is most politically expedient when the report is published.
Anybody disagree with me?

I too had the reply and felt that the whole petition was a waste of time as they basically said report to Charity Commission and almost praised the RSPCA for appointing someone to investigate themselves - bet they will smell of roses there.

Typical of the government really as when do they ever take any notice of public opinion. The RSPCA will no doubt carry on as they always have and until people stop digging in their pocket and donating nothing will change.
