Oh, do you mean you used to have satellite now you have something different?
I had a dish that cost me £70 a month, but what it was there for I'm not sure, used to sit in the chair waiting for pictures to load, BT conected us today, fibre came to the village two miles away so it's copper from there, the boy just jumped up in the air and said this is the best Internet ever

Yes you have broadband now, most likely FTTC (fibre to the cabinet, then copper from cabinet to your house).
Much better than copper all the way back got the exchange which might be 5 miles away.

We upgraded to super fast fibre last week and are getting around 0.8 download speeds. although at times its down to 0.6 and did test at 0.92 at one point today. 1.8 miles from the cabinet. Doesn't seem all that quick to me:scratchhead:

This is with a Solwise router with a Three sim in it.
I have never had speeds anything like this in my house, I reckon I'd get more if I put the router in a better spot. It is about 10x quicker all round than my BT Profanity superfast broadband.
