I am pretty sure on Twitter yesterday they announced downtime for maintenance today, give me a minute I will check.

I can never log in to the site without first Googling "rural payments " and then clicking the link.

I can never log straight in without following that palaver.

Not been able to get in for a couple of weeks going into office tomorrow with paper form and I'll see if they can help sort

Its bad crack, i find all gov websites pretty poor to be honest, can even be a faf just to do the VAT.

Agreed, especially re VAT site.

Thats not even working, although i did click the forgotten password to reset it (havent forgotten it) but even that has not sent the link to my email.

I did, all i got was wait an hour its dealt with in Edinburgh and we are very busy at the moment you know. !

I did once get someone really useful in the Edinburgh office to help me with an it issue, but it possibly wasn't at a busy time .

Not sure how they can expect us to meet deadlines if the tools they provide don't work.
