Apologies if I come across as argumentative, I am not. This whole disaster could have been avoided had Biden sat down and spoke to Putin, both men are arrogant and have total disregard for innocent lives.

Totally, totally pointless war which will cost UK PLC billions in lost investment and will hit British agriculture hard in terms of input price rises.
Why do we need russian investment? In property?

I cant hell wonder has American pushed the situation on purpose ? If so whats their game ? If not are they really that stupid they thought he was bluffing ?

Might be related to China. Europeans will focus on Russia and will depend more on China - I doubt you will see Westminster firing up UK Steel furnaces any time soon.

nato will have its military assets on the borders of nato before putin is ready to go any further
nato has a much better professional conventional military that will deter putins military leaders

the previus campaigns have shown how logistically efficient nato armys are in the first week of a war
the problems have been with maintaining the peace in a hostile country

with the logistics problems the russians have had they would not stand a chance against the air forces drone and missile tecnology of europe and usa the russians know it

moldova and georgia are vulnerable
He doesn't have a chance against the west. He threatens nuclear war because that's all he's got. His convoys would be reduced to scrap with bits of russians blown all over the place in pretty short order

As far as I can see it the Russian people are fighting a war they don’t want,

conscript soldiers sabotaging there own kit as they don’t want to be there.

Russian government spending the peoples money on Arms rather than investing in the country and the people.

I would say at some point there will be a mutiny in the Kremlin and someone will have something slipped into his mid morning vodka.

For the sake of the people of Ukraine I hope it’s sooner rather than later.

Are you serious?
Chelsea is irrelevant to 99.99% of our population

I'd agree. But there are Western companies in Ukraine & Russia - I know JCB, Toyota but not sure how dependant they are on Ukranian/Russian workers and imports from those countries. But it WILL affect UK companies for sure.

Ukrainian can’t win this, we can’t get involved and start ww3 putin won’t shell the capitals she will want the infrastructure , all these embargo’s and the likes will cause the west some major greif in the next few years , what would have happened it zolenski had just said ok we are now Russian , again , no bloodshed or bombing , it’s sh!t putin has 5 / 10 good years before he’d assisted off the crapper daily and every generation gets close to embracing peace but it takes generations to leave all the sh!t behind

Dirty russian money has damaged the uk economy

I would say Russian money has influenced Western Politicians policy.

It's no mistake that Russian gas was used in preference to expanding UK Oil & Gas fields. BP 20% Stake in GazProm ???

How far does that extend ? Food imports from Ukraine that don't use Neonicitinoids ? I saw in The Guardian an article saying Carbon Units had fallen from £87 to £60 ... Russian money withdrawn was one prospective reason.

Did he even have to say im Russian ? All he had to do was tell nato and the west to pee off , if he had told nato to do one a few years ago putin was going to give him 15 billion . .

Biden needs to step down he is out of his depth, I would put £10 on the fact that the election was rigged, who on earth would vote for him?
Biden does not run the states, he was put in as president by others so they could run the USA but not be in the limelight!

Putin went into Ukraine because he knows America is very week under Biden, if any of the previous presidents of the last 20/30 or so years were still in office and regardless of which party they represented Putin would not have gone into Ukraine!

Biden has dementia that is very clear, it was only a few months ago he said he had seen his mother a couple of days before and she was very well, the poor woman has been dead for something like 10 years!
