Does anyone have a source for the non genuine knives that bolt on to the rear beaters on the Richard Western muckspreader? Spaldings do the straight ones but not the twisted ones, can only source genuine off a dealer. Thanks

I've only been able to get genuine twisted tips despite looking everywhere, the straight cutters can be got non genuine from several supplier but last time I prices them there wasn't much difference between genuine or not.

Make them. Get some 2x1 inch steel and just cut at an angle and drill 2 m16 holes. We didn't bother with the twist ones, it didn't seem to make any difference after we replaced them.

I never was overly impressed with the spread width or pattern until RW suggested fitting a half set of twisted cutter and it has transformed the spreader when spreading very short rotten/almost composted muck, long strawy much and straight are fine
