Role Responsibilities:
- To connect and engage with prospective members, delivering details on membership advantages and benefits
- To implement a successful contact strategy, maintaining an active and accurate pipeline, ensuring targets are achieved
- To collaborate with the wider team developing, implementing, and reporting on the regional strategy
- To develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance the process flow
- To establish and maintain detailed knowledge of the products, service, and benefits offered to members
- To keep updated on current issues and industry trends within the agricultural and rural sectors
- To attend meetings, training courses and support the wider business as and when required
Essential:
- Experience of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
- Proven experience of forging and nurturing strong business relationships in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- The ability to liaise with customers confidently, maintaining a professional image at all times
- A team player who can work collaboratively across the business
- Must have compassion and understanding of the current issues facing the agricultural and rural sectors
- A problem solver, with a proactive approach to resolving situations
- Adaptable driven, and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- A methodical approach to workload, confident in developing and implementing new systems and procedures
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office package and familiar with CRM / ERP systems
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of working for a subscription-based company
- Good knowledge of MS Dynamics
