The Opportunity: We are searching for an enthusiastic and results driven “go getter”, a confident “people person” who builds relationships easily and excels at turning potential into performance! A new and exciting role, the Sales Support Executive will join a dynamic and thriving team, working collaboratively across the business identifying new business opportunities and providing active leads for Regional Sales Managers to maximise. You will use your methodical approach coupled with your knowledge of database systems to ensure a streamlined, customer centric sales process is executed, whilst delivering exceptional customer experience throughout. A pivotal role in the development of our client’s future growth, this position offers a flexible, remote working environment, with the requirement of regional travel when required.

Role Responsibilities:
  • To connect and engage with prospective members, delivering details on membership advantages and benefits
  • To implement a successful contact strategy, maintaining an active and accurate pipeline, ensuring targets are achieved
  • To collaborate with the wider team developing, implementing, and reporting on the regional strategy
  • To develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance the process flow
  • To establish and maintain detailed knowledge of the products, service, and benefits offered to members
  • To keep updated on current issues and industry trends within the agricultural and rural sectors
  • To attend meetings, training courses and support the wider business as and when required
Skills you will need:
Essential:
  • Experience of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Proven experience of forging and nurturing strong business relationships in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • An analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • The ability to liaise with customers confidently, maintaining a professional image at all times
  • A team player who can work collaboratively across the business
  • Must have compassion and understanding of the current issues facing the agricultural and rural sectors
  • A problem solver, with a proactive approach to resolving situations
  • Adaptable driven, and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • A methodical approach to workload, confident in developing and implementing new systems and procedures
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office package and familiar with CRM / ERP systems
Desirable:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working for a subscription-based company
  • Good knowledge of MS Dynamics
