Same silver 130 spool valve

Hi all number 2 spool is stuck in float. any ideas of what it could be?

had a valve stuck once couldnt use the lever it at all, was tight /stuck it was just the lever/barrel stuck through lack of lube or lack of use (with 4 spool valves that one had been used infrequently i think ? )took it apart top from where lever is /goes .iirc ...freed up and film of oil thats all.

Most probably rusty/seized detent. Remove the cap for no2 solenoid for a look, most probably cup and ball bearings will be rusted together. Clean and reassemble. youmcan take out a few balls to weaken the detent if you want
