Which is odd, as I don't think theres a class for 'One Trick Ponies'.

The Tories have hardly made a resounding success of payments in England.Now they're in cahoots with Ash for Cash Foster and her DUP Orange Order things might get even worse.

In 2016 the Department in Northern Ireland (under a DUP minister) managed to get 70% advance payments out in October and the balance in the first week of December. By the end of the first week of December 2016, 91% of farmers had received all of their money. By 19th December 96% of farmers had received all of their money.

Maybe you need some DUP input into DEFRA!
