Seagulls

Is it a reflection on the state of soils, but I have been cultivating for the last 2 weeks and haven't seen a single seagull. Haven't missed them mind as you can guarantee the tractor would be whitewashed before night.

Have you been using digestate ? A few around here are blaming it for the lack of worms !!

No, but ground that tight after last years rain I don't suppose they can move about easily.

So many here I couldn’t see the mark when drilling. Ploughed land. Lots of worms.

Friend of mine used to shoot them out the back of the tractor. "They're not having my worms!"
