Search an autonomous and reactive camera with battery and solar panel

Hi,

I am looking to watch the entrances and exits on an isolated site (plant nursery). Currently, I use an autonomous camera (Reolink GO-PT) with solar panel and a data subscription.
This camera produces decent images, but the trigger time is far too long. For example, when a vehicle enters the detection area, recording starts just before it leaves the image. In fact, only very briefly see the rear of the vehicle. The same for pedestrians.

To summarize, my need is:
- 1 autonomous camera that can be installed in an isolated site (with its solar panel and battery).
- Can be equipped with a SIM card.
- Detect vehicles and pedestrians.
- Send alerts to a phone or mobile application.
- Ability to film at night.
- Be installed outdoors.
- Have a detection sensitivity allowing you to quickly start recording on your memory card when a pedestrian or vehicle is detected.

Do you know a cameras that meet this need?

Thanks,
