Is it of any advantage to keep a teaser ram in with the ewes for a month or so to help with lambing percentage, I won't be lambing on till late April early may , so it could be third cycle before real rams go in,, any thoughts??

Supposedly the second heat cycle is the most fertile, but not sure how much difference it makes in reality.

As @Tim W posted though, there will be very few breeds that wouldn’t be cycling by November/December anyway, so it shouldn’t make any difference.
I used to find that a significant number of Texel crosses wouldn’t have started cycling in early October, so well worth using then, or we had a very slow start & extended lambing. Later on, I chuck them in because they are here and I want somewhere to put them after earlier groups, and before I've sorted any hoggs that will run empty, for them to winter with.
