Looked today at a 2014 vicon rf 3325 done 9500 bales anybody got one what are they like or should I be looking at something else got a claas at the moment not that impressed with it any thoughts
Lot's of them around, made in Italy by Gallignani and badged as Vicon, MF, Kubota, Fendt etc. We have a similar model but designed primarily for hay. Haven't had any problems after the fist year which was more due to the commissioning mechanic not really knowing what he was doing.
I suppose like anything depends how you drive it and maintain it. Wouldn't say they were in the same league as McHale or Welger but then they aren't the same price. Like anything S/h check it out for welds, chain and sprocket wear, damage on the rollers, other signs of abuse etc.
