Seed pipe splitters

I am looking to split the 6 seed pipes from my sumo seeder on my Trio to give me 12 outlets. Plan would be to put some form of junction in the pipe about a foot before the outlet and then have two pipes actually dropping the seed. My googling has not given me any results so any guidance from the collective wisdom would be appreciated. Also - will it work or do I risk having uneven seed distribution?

plastic "y" piece pipes to split one seeder pipe into two? where to buy

As title really I want to split the 7 pipes coming from my rape seeder to feed two coulters per leg but I cant find them as yet. I know they exist, the pipe is standard 30mm seed tube. Any ideas thanks

It works on my accord grass seeder I just got them from local hydraulic and hose supplier
