I have two bags of seed one is 22.5kg the other 7.5kg each one treats 0.5 of a hectare ,if mixed together would the rate be 60kg a hectare.I seem to have come up short.
60kg/ha is correct, if you're supposed to be sowing them both at full rate. But if you assume that you’ll need space for each plant to grow it might be prudent to sow at 30kg/ha, or half rate each, but 2 species.
And Sod’s law says they’ll separate if you mix them up and sow them from a hopper, so might be best to sow them in separate passes.
