The only things we were designed to eat regularly were meat and other animal products such as milk and eggs
Everything else was seasonal, therefore wouldn’t have been eaten constantly throughout the year.

We didn’t waste valuable animal fats either.
You cannot cheat evolution.

So called well balanced diets, most certainly are anything but well balanced in reality.
That incudes any root vegetables and any long chain starchy veggies, such as peas and sweetcorn.
In season is fine, but all year round, every day, nah!

Bear in mind the cholesterol 'scam' was based on a 'global study'.
Well it was based on a theory. That’s where the problem lies. X influences y (true in a way). It was the leap to y leads to z where the wheels fell off. It was pointed out at the time but no one listened. And here we are 70 years later and most doctors still believe it :banghead:

People eating a well balanced diet are 30% less likely to die than those on a poor diet.
Who'd have thought that eh?

My wife belongs to the group ‘failed hunters’. This means she eats everything but meat. She’ll out live Vegans and she’ll also outlive a lot of carnivores too.
