More than 3t/ha is possible

Less than 3 t/ha is likely. The crop will be 50x as dense as it needs to be, so will need managing accordingly. Consider putting a tine through the crop in spring to thin it out or spray out some with narrow nozzles to allow the crop to branch out. Disease control & canopy management will have to be very good.

I very much doubt you will make more money from this than you will from a 1st cereal which was why you grew last year's osr crop as a break, so why do it? Lost the newly sown stuff to flea beetle?

Will you help clear snow?
