Sending ES claim forms

Just wondering if RPA has the means to handle paper forms to claim ES at the moment.
I know they can be scanned as attachments and sent via email, but there are currently glitches in doing that home here.

As if by magic, had a text from RPA yesterday about changes they are making re Covid-19 measures - published on the rpa.gov site.

Have found a workaround for my problem, so that's all good.
