Can anybody offer much advice on what system works best, what the cost is, and perhaps who is worth making contact with so that I can meet the requirements coming in in the New Year regarding Waste Water and it's treatment? Four homes with ten occupants to deal with.

How much ground,what sort of ground ,any water courses nearby ?

I reckon you will get away with probably £10grand depending on size of tank,access,disposal of material,stone,how much pipe you need and ground conditions.fitted 6 person marsh plant for mum before harvest.including pipes and fittings and lectric supply I reckon it cost about £18/£2000.i obviously done the work foc as I’ve got a digger and dumper and telehandler and got somewhere to dispose of diggings.plenty of people advertising to install treatment plants before deadline for £12/£16k.

New concrete treatment tank is about £3500 plus putting it in

10 people is a 4200l bottle plus soakaway .depends on ground conditions

Easy digging. I have a 5t "360" to do that. Nearest ditch about thirty metres away.
