Depends when the agreement started, if Jan 2021 or later you can leave without penalty at the end of a calendar year.

Thank you for that heads up. I only just spotted the post, so apologies for not replying sooner. I hadn't realised. The CS agreement I was referring to commenced Jan 2020. But I shall be helping out on a farm where there is a CS agreement started Jan 2021, so will look at that with the farmer. Cheers.

Another email yesterday stating the same as the first original one saying that they are going to reduce May eligible area to 36h.
A phone call to them and really helpful chap very roughly worked out my over payment. Just over 2k. I just wish this had been spotted before so I didn’t have the over payment. 8/22 to 10/23 to say anything. I can’t argue with them so just have to accept it. Hope when this is wrapped up the SFI 24 will be ok and not have this scenario again.
