SFI Management Payment

According to their website, the management payment is for a maximum of 50ha and is £40/ha in the first year and £20 for the years 2 and 3 (for 2023 and 2024 agreements). I took this as being £2000 for the first year and £1000 for year 2 and £1000 for year 3. I have just received my 2023 agreement document (did it before the cut-off date) for me to check and then accept, and only £3000 is entered, £1000 for each year. Just wondered if this was the same for everyone and if the SFI terms on the website could be interpreted a different way or whether I will need to phone them. Thanks.

You're right, and their paperwork is slow to catch up. There were comms last week about it. IIRC, the jist was that if you'd already had payments, they'd pay the shortfall in August; otherwise correct from then.
