I have read and done some exercises before. I wonder if a lot of my random feelings are caused by chest breathing especially when slouching and sitting down. We should be stomach breathing deeper.
The issue is how to do you keep it you with the retraining?
One ussue is when running in the past may of been wrong breathing hence getting breathless too quickly.
Thoughts?
