what would be the best size shed to put up [ dimensions ] 10000 sq feet permitted development that might work for letting out for storage etc in the future basically flexible use

Better to build the shed you want now for today's purposes. Permitted development means the use cannot be changed for 10 years. What a tenant want in 10 years will depend on the their needs then....and your needs at the time too.

If you want to build a shed to let out, then I'd get planning for and build that to the spec you/your tenant needs with a rent to match the spec. It'll work out a lot cheaper and easier that way.
