Sheep’s feet in frosty weather

Recently trimmed a batch of ewes and got hard frost right behind trimming quite a few now holding weight slightly on there feet. Is there a connection between freshly trimmed feet and cold conditions? Or have I been to handy with the clippers?

welcome to the forum :)......now the best advice i can give you is grow a big moustache and move to barbados:D:D.....cos the sheep mafia on here will be after you cos trimming sheeps feet roundly disaproved of on here:oops:
