Shelbourne Reynolds Powermix Pro 13 - Problems with hydraulic controls

We have a Shelbourne Reynolds feed wagon which currently won't run the conveyor, door or belt. The hydraulic pipes are connected as usual and there is power to the weigh cell, however it seems that the electrics are playing up. I can feel hydraulic pressure in the pipes to the rotor for the conveyor which is why I'm assuming the problem must be with the electrics, has anybody had a similar experience with this? Any suggestions on fixes?

This is the second time this issue has occurred, the first being on a demo tractor. When we switched it back onto ours, it worked fine, and then setting it back up in the same way on the demo the next morning it also worked fine.

Many thanks!

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the free flow return pipe. I'm not sure if this causes problems in hydraulic pipes but we had to change the adapter for the demo tractor as it didn't have a free flow return, is it possible to have got an airlock? This problem cropped up both times we changed the adapter, might go and take a look at it!

I can't see any problems with the free flow return pipe, feels like their is oil running through it fine, just seems like the feed wagon hasn't switched the valve to get the conveyor going for some reason.

We had this issue when we used it on a non FF return tractor. Take the return coupling off and put in back of tractor. Set tractor pumping and visually check its flowing. Then start with the valves. Check there is a voltage getting to them etc

When you say put the return in the back of the tractor, do you mean refit the adapter for a usual spool valve and run that for a bit? How can I visually check for hydraulic oil flow? Sorry for the amateur hour, I'm new to farming and even newer to machinery!

I've been running the feed wagon on a claas demo tractor today which also didn't have a free flow return and it was running fine without one if that is useful information.

The electro hydraulic valves use different side light terminals to weigh cells on our powermix pro .
Try switching engine off and listen for solenoid valves clicking whilst operating remote control

Take the coupling off the pipe. Take the filler cap off the back of the tractor. Put pipe in here. Then you can see the oil flowing if you pull the pipe out a little.

Ended up getting in touch with a mechanic as I was worried about doing damage to the machine which my inexperience, turns out it was just that the fuse had blown for the left hand back lights, which is why the weigh cell (works of the right hand lights fuse) would work but not the conveyor.

I hope this of use to someone else in the future, he spotted the back lights were out straight away and just swapped one of the other lights fuses in the box over to test it. Many thanks for the advice all!
