Hi has anyone got experience with planning requirement’s for one or two shepherds huts??tia

Location , neighbour's, Council planning depts and community council lot?

Our local town planners stop little sensible applications but let dozens of old farm houses be raised to the floor then huge modern monstrous ones to be built in there place!! Only got three neighbours close by, whom I’ve asked there opinions already,
The huts will be 30m from my farmhouse, lower ground level! Farm drive above them, but the view down valley is great

I enquired about the same for a hut to holiday let. The planners go to town and want the usual survey after survey costing thousands. This nonsense just delays payback time.
