The first thing would be to ask whoever you are buying it from to load it. The next find a shipping agent and ask them to do it. We do a lot of machinery from UK to Kenya and do it all ourselves except for new stuff that we specify has to be containerised. It is a lot cheaper to containerise than use roll on roll and there are people who do it.
I try and avoid doing it myself as it’s hard work. My kids loaded two for me as a lockdown project last summer
