Shipping container permission

I'm looking at putting a pair of 30/40ft containers in the yard (one may be split into office/kitchen/toilet)
They will be sat with a 10ft gap between them, roof over the top and door in the end.
This presumably will make them be classed as permanent and therefore need permission?

They are classed as being permanent if they are on site for more than a 6 months even without the roof over the centre how visible are they it would be worth a punt just putting them on site and applying later if things kick up .
depends on your neighbours as to what you can get away with , you can ease the process with some liberally applied dark green paint so they don't stand out as much from the get go.

they are classed as moveable structures as long as you dont fix them down, you can put in electric and water without them being classed as fixed, anything else the council tell you are lies, just needs the use to be for ag or your business, that includes use as an office or toilet. They may say different but they would be lying
