Hello all, I have come across an opportuity to purchase 47 acres of undeveloped land in TN and am considering leasing it out to hemp growers (since cannibis isn't legal in TN yet). If any of you farm hemp, what do you look for when searching for land to run your operation on? I am wanting to know what would make it most attractive/marketable for that purpose to see if that's the route I want to go with it. What other crops have a good return on investment?
