Sick cow?

I've got a three week calved cow that came in the parlor walking sideways with her head to the left trying to walk in circles, she is also chewing and frothing at the mouth, she milked out ok but didn't eat her meal, managed to get her out the parlour and gave her half a bottle off mag and a bottle of blue, the cows are only on fresh grass now as the buffer has run out, they have plenty of grass in front of them with mineral blocks and barley straw to go at,if she's the same in the mornin I'll get the vet out, anyone want to guess what the problem is ? P.s her temp is fine. Just wondering if she's ate something she shouldn't have,or they are lacking something .

Sounds like listeriosis has she had access to poor forage or dumped lawn clippings ?
If it is she needs some antibiotics pronto .
Has she had complications post calving to give her big condition loss?

None of the above, calved on her own and cleansed fine, haven't given any antibiotics yet,see what tomorrow brings, she has always been a greedy pig though,

We had our first one with nervous ketosis this year, two weeks calved, treated for staggers with mag and calciject no 5 by vet first time, went downhill again in the same field on the next rotation:( vet suggested nervous ketosis and propyl glycerol
