Has anyone had this problem, is it needing the belts tightened abit, l think it stretches the plastic aswell, very frustrating, thinking l may have to change it.

Are the bearings all ok on the bale support rollers, and are their fixing bolts all ok? You could also check the belt lengths are all the same. It's a Connor, 750 film, no the bale pulls away from the film, it pulls on to the bobbin. Doesn't matter if you put the bale over to the far side, it still pulls it over to the bobbin and puts holes in the plastic.
The rollers must be parallel to one another or the bale will moveto the narrower end as the belts will be slacker and the bale will want to move lower.I was told that probably one of the belts, the end one maybe a bit slack, so pulling the bale to one side, but who really knows.
Yes, it will be a pain to measure though, you might be better cutting a bit of wood to fit in between at one end and see what the difference is at the other..Yes this must be the case, should l measure the distance between the rollers to see if there is any difference?
Maybe fine with a squinty bale. It's funny sometime is OK, but mostly does it every time. Sick of it when silage times comes, if l had a spare 4 grand l would change it. I had the control box done and it works great but for this big problem with pulling over.
