Simple contract farming agreement

Does any one have a real simple contract farming agreement on there computer they wouldn't mind sharing I have numerous complicated ones on some land we farm but a real simple one with the essential in it would be handy thanks in advance olly

Everyone is doing something slightly different it seems and a simple one does not seem to be amongst them.
I reckon farmers keeps SFP then the gross off the land is split 50/50 with the farmer paying for the inputs and the contractor doing all the work & storage etc.
I reckon this works because roughly the cost of all the inputs equals the cost of doing all the work & storage etc

as an addition this probably would only be ok on a smallish area
