Single belt Mchale

We have just changed both our V660 and fusion vario to single belt and are far from happy with the results. We can not get a nice square edge on the bales and the bales are very inconsistent.
We also have issues with the net feeding into the rotor which was suspose to of fixed with new net system.
I’m in New Zealand so condition will be different but had no issues making good bales with previous 4 other 3 belt balers.

Done 500 ish bales with my fusion vario single belt. So far nothing to speak of bad. It has taken a bit of getting used to how to fill it. I'm hearing more more things about them, so my fingers are crossed that I don't experience them.

Sold my vario with 3 belts after one season of using it ! On long grass good crops it was good apart from netter always playing up!
On light crops machine was a disaster! Belts moving across on top of each other unless you drive like a maniac to keep crop flow going , bales then where terrible shape , swapped it in for kuhn combi roller baler , was to afraid to try another belt baler after that and mosty on grass rather then straw

Bought a new Mchale v660 single best this yea done about 4500 bales with it and very impressed I did had mchale come out and install it .....

I thought my old mchale f560 was unbeatable ..... but the v660 is defo a match to it
