In 2004, deciding not to go back to college, after harvest I took a job on a building site doing what you do, it was sh1t, so come the Thursday I was clearing out after the shittest brickies you've ever seen in your life, new builds with 2ft of waste inside and I just thought "fock this, I'm off" and that was that, just left them to it. Went and started the day after for a contractor. If he's got you cleaning the thunder box every day and other sh!t then it must be costing him a bomb. There's plenty of work for certified operators, just hop on with a few more agencies. As said, onwards and upwards, not worth getting bitter over shitheads that aren't worth working for.

Life's too short, onwards and upwards.
As above. Although I'm sure the site agent would put a different spin on the story. Does he go home to his wife and tell her about the agency bloke who's so useless that he can only be trusted to clean the toilets? I've no idea.

But ultimately if you don't like a job then get another. If you're only qualified for rubbish jobs then re-skill. Good luck(y)

If he stays on site wait till he's in his bunk and tip a pallet of bricks against his door.

But as others have posted, life's to short, just move on.
