I currently have a site office on a trailer in my yard, you know the type anti vandal guards on the windows etc etc. Now it’s in tidy order outside not dented to f@#k but could do with repainting, inside it’s all clean n tidy not smashed about. It’s all wired for electric and has a sink with hot water gizmo.

any ideas what it’s worth as it’s for sale and I could do with the storage, I was more after a shipping container but this would do at the right money !.

I paid £2600 for a 20ft site office on jack legs. All professionally fitted out, lined and insulated. Fully plumbed in with toilet, basin and sink. Wired up with heaters and sockets. Very tidy thing.
think it was a bargain tbh but the man needed it gone

It was even fit to make @Nearly @Drillman @AF Salers and @Warp Land Farmer a brew in. Obviously not all at one. That would be far too much yorkshireness!

Sounds fupping fantastic. Would double as a dog house/bolt hole/hideaway too.

Azera Americano is wholly and perfectly acceptable. Any more posh than that he needs to call with Betty Windsor.
These are a wonderful invention. Keep a few bags in the vehicle so only need a flask of water. Almost freshly ground filter quality.

Why not tidy it up and rent it as an office?
I would be looking at £200 plus per month ready to use.Nice regular income potential....

Never knew such a thing existed. Think I’ll have some of those.
