Skiold grain crusher KB300/3 problems

Got one of the above, put barley and beans through it, been fairly trouble free for 10 years, maybe not the quickest last winter. It’s been a right pain last few loads, slow, jamming if try and put anything normal speed through, noticed today that it’s running very hot, barley feels hot once out, all bearings greased and feel ok, anyone had similar, I’ll take as much as I can apart to see if I can see anything.
It’s not blocked, checked that, magnet has been cleaned. Belts are in good order. We have a power meter on the line, it’s bouncing around a lot, if it does that too much over the red line for too long the motor just stops. Any thoughts would be appreciated as I’ve run out of ideas.

Do the rollers turn freely with no corn in them
Have you checked for a stone in the rollers or sometimes if corn is a bit damp ours gets corn clagged around the movable roller

Yes they turn freely when I took it apart two weeks ago, there was a stone in it then, very small, but removed now, I thought that might have been the problem but no improvement by the looks of it. I’m going to take it apart again as it’s a job in the dry and needs sorting!
