has anyone else had issues with sky
Had message 10 days ago sub not taken.
My account was showing paid up till Friday.
Now over Sunday have been bombarded with messages I have not paid ( I know the cash was not taken )
But I cannot log in to sort it
I am F**** if I am going to hang ob a phone for a month to talk to someone

Usually need to logged in to get sense out of Chat.

I've used chat the last few times the deals been up and it's time to blag a new deal. They usually end up calling to discuss.

My Now broadband (SKY) money has been taken as usual

it seems they have had a glitch there end somewhere.
Eventually got logged in after the dreaded hour long call to Sky
They had a strange card attached to my account.
Shame it was not a good one
